@akc3n revolut is not a swiss bank. They may be serving customers in all of the EEA but it is a Lithuanian/UK bank not swiss.

Something to consider due to changes. Revolut is now also a registered bank in The Netherlands. So I believe it should also be listed as such. It's a bit of a strange situation with this bank as they are taking customers from all EU countries easily. While you could always do this stuff in the past that wasn't as normalized as now. I think now the unwritten rule is that only the actual branches are listed, in that case Revolut should be added to NL next to UK and LT.

also @akc3n happend to notice now Revolut is also active in the USA via Metropolitan Commercial Bank. Now that makes it even more complex. Perhaps of listing where the bank is make the list to what customers they target. Any EU citizen can open an account at a foreign bank in another country so that shouldn't be the criterium. Perhaps target is the best thing to follow. In that case for Revolut it is quite a list by now:
