Brainstorm a solution for the livro de atas, templates and all documents #49

This issue is about brainstorming on a solution to "digitize bureaucracy". Ideally we should digitally keep all documents in an non public (but online?) storage location.

Currently we need to keep the following documents:

[ ] Livro de atas
[ ] Association Documents
[ ] Receipts
[ ] Incoming and outgoing post

Not sure if I miss something.
