Investigate mattermost IRC brigde issues #61

I found the IRC bridge nick to be banned from the channel and this will not allow the bridge to enter even when it's registered on IRC because of the ban.

I added a ban exemption rule for the IRC bridge.

Leaving this issue open until we ensure the bridge is present on the IRC channel as expected.

I'm going to close this as there are no further issues with the IRC bridge.

Fill free to create a new issue if further issues arise.
