Investigate RocketChat bridge in matterbridge v1.17.4 #81

There is an issue introduced with the RocketChat bridge intriduced in matterbridge v1.17.4. I have reverted matterbridge version to a know good working configuration until we fix this. https://github.com/PrivacyLx/devops/commit/491bed66b5ce44bea99240a61d3d026530ff6425

Closing as this doesn't seem to occur in v1.22.1. https://github.com/PrivacyLx/devops/blob/master/ansible/roles/matterbridge/vars/main.yml#L4
