Updated License from MIT to CC BY 4.0 Added feature to ID the best swell and wind for the spot and compare it to current forecast. If they match, swell/wind indicators pop green for quick visual reference. Updated config, MMM-Surf.css, and MMM-Surf.js Updated Readme items
