Significant rework of logic and layout:
Added gear (wetsuit) guide in water data row
Added colorization of swell height, periodicity, wind/swell direction based on spot variables definable in configuration file
Fixed logic in "12-hour" view to cross date barriers
Created algo for scoring "daily best" forecast and logic to display the "best" forecast period in a given day on the "daily forecast row"
