Disable analysis control buttons based on build status of image #102

One should not be able to start an analysis container if the image is not built, so these buttons should be disabled using the build_status of the analysis and checked periodically once it is built

[x] Buttons disabled if image isn't finished
[ ] ~~Table updates perodically~~
[x] Table update button
