Automatic use short link if configured #833

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have local URL shortener (shlink) configured
  2. make new paste

What happens

to get the short link, additional button must be clicked

What should happen

option to autmatically use short URLs without additional button

PrivateBin version: v1.3.5

I can reproduce this issue on https://privatebin.net: No

Generally, yes this could be an optional feature.
