Will Not Update #3

After installing the OpenWRT image via the customer Linux as directed on the readme. It does not update as instructed. I let it seat over night and have rebooted several times. No change. It remains on vanilla OpenWRT and does not change to the customer Private Router with Docker.

Same Issue, just will not update, left it sitting for hours and no change, even tired 2 other laptops I have laying about and same result.

Can confirm this issue.

Can confirm problem is fixed by installing updates from luci Software section. After reboot the custom theme is loaded.

I am working on a new structure for the images that fixes the problems with it not updating and will update this when I get it working. I love seeing folks testing this and giving input!

i had similar issue, for me the root cause was loss of DNS not sure why it happens. initially after boot DNS works but once opkg update job starts some where during the operation DNS stops.

as workaround I added following entries in /etc/hosts for following domains 139.59.209.225 openwrt.org 168.119.138.211 downloads.openwrt.org 198.98.53.61 repo.privaterouter.com
