Describe the code change

The navbar background color does not visually align with the light theme, making it less distinguishable and potentially impacting usability.

Proposed solution

• Update the CSS for the navbar to specify a suitable background color when the light theme is active.
• Test the navbar to ensure that it contrasts well with the light-themed content.
