Feat: Add a scroll down button

Describe the feature

Implement a scroll down button that allows users to easily navigate to the lower sections of the webpage with a single click. The button should be placed at a convenient, visible location on the page, preferably at right top, and should be available as long as there is more content to scroll down to. Once clicked, it should smoothly scroll down the page to the next visible section or footer.
