BUG: Convert "Info" and "Contact" Text in Footer to Links with Hover Effect Fly Page

What happened?

The "Info" and "Contact" text in the footer should be clickable links with a hover effect. Currently, they are just plain text without interactivity, which impacts user experience. @PriyaGhosal

Steps to Reproduce:

• Go to the website's footer section.
• Look for the "Info" and "Contact" text in the footer.
• Attempt to click on "Info" and "Contact" (they are not clickable).
• Observe that there is no hover effect indicating that they are links.

Actual Output:

• "Info" and "Contact" are displayed as plain text without being clickable.
• There is no hover effect to indicate interactivity.

Expected Output:

• "Info" and "Contact" should be clickable links.
• When a user hovers over "Info" or "Contact", a hover effect should be applied (e.g., color change, underline, or other visual indication of interactivity).
