What's wrong with the existing documentation

Regarding project structure.md & project structure.txt files

project structure was already available in contributing.md file. So I dont think that there is a need of another one project structure file. It only increases the number of files in the repository. So i will suggest to delete it as not needed.

I will update this project structure in contributing.md file
