Feat: Implement Standard Time Format for Global Accessibility in Cab Booking

Currently, the time input for booking a cab does not adhere to a standard time format, which may confuse international users. To make the feature globally accessible, I propose implementing a standard 24-hour format with timezone support or an option to convert to the user’s local time zone. This change will ensure that users from different regions can accurately select and understand travel times, improving the usability and reliability of the booking feature for a diverse audience.
