CODE CHANGE: Nav bar must need enhancement in background color

Describe the code change

since the nav bar didn't have any background color i overheads the body and becomes invisible

Proposed solution

I'd like to add back-ground color to make it more attractive. I'd like to enhance it so that it looks good even on scrolling
