Add "Hover Effect" to "Footer" Content and Links #483

Hey @Priyaaa1

The content links in the footer section of the website currently lack a hover effect, which would enhance user experience by providing visual feedback when a user interacts with the links. Adding a hover effect will improve the usability and aesthetics of the website.

Expected Behavior:

When a user hovers over the content links in the footer, a visual effect should appear to indicate that the link is interactive. This could be a change in color, underline, or other stylistic change that matches the website's theme.

I would like to work on this issue could you please assign me under GSOOC 24.
