🐞 Reset Functionality After Feedback Form Submission #518

Describe the bug

Hey @Priyaaa1, Here is the issue i encountered - In the website's feedback form, after a user fills out the form and clicks on the submit button, the form entries remain filled with the user's input. The form should reset to empty fields after submission to indicate that the form has been successfully submitted and to prepare it for any new entries.

To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the feedback form on the website.
  2. Fill out all required fields in the form.
  3. Click on the submit button.
  4. Observe that the form entries remain populated with the user's input instead of resetting.

Expected behavior After a user submits the feedback form, the form should reset, clearing all input fields to provide a fresh form for any subsequent entries.

Suggested Fix Implement a reset functionality for the feedback form that triggers after successful submission.
