Bug : Text not visible upon selecting. #530

Describe the bug When the cursor is brought upon the services the box goes black and the text inside it is not visible at all due to it being black in colour too.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://startconnect-hub.netlify.app/explore
  2. Scroll down to view our services
  3. Move your cursor on the given services
  4. See error

Expected behavior When the box goes black the text should turn into a lighter visible colour.
