Add Effects to Testimonials #586

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The testimonials section has only hover effect.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add some unique effects like, when we hover over the section, it flips and show the review from testimonials.

Additional context Assign me under GSSoC'24.
