➕Implement a "Cookie Consent" Popup

Feature Description

Hey @Priyaaa1 @MastanSayyad

I want to implement a "cookie consent popup" for the FinVeda.

This popup will inform users about the use of cookies and ask for their consent.
The popup will appear when the user first visits the website and will include :
- a brief message link to the privacy policy,
- an "Accept" button.
Once the user accepts the cookies, the popup will not appear again on subsequent visits.
The Popup will be on the "Left-Bottom" Corner of the Website, which will not affect the user experience
