Hey 👋 @Priyanshu85 ,

I have centered the OURTOOLS heading in ourtools section-2.
The changes are done in CSS.
Please review the code and let me know if any changes needed.
I have attached below screenshots of the changes
Please add hacktoberfest-accepted label, so that I can keep track of my contributions this week.
