Thank you a lot for great project, I'm using it to measure performance of my projects without leaving IDE, and it works well under Rider IDE on MacOs ) Becoming a contributor is a pleasure for me. I'm sure together we can do a lot of cool things for Pro.NBench.xUnit

This PR changes target framework to netstandard1.6, allowing project to be used on Mac \ Linux environments. I've tested it with Rider on MacOS. Also improved error handling in case of xunit or nbench versions mismatch or file missing. Now using own-build version from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ContextCore/pro-nbench-xunit
