105 log out button #106

  1. log out btn added on the side menu and sidebar menu
  2. logout() was created on auth.services,using async, await and refresh token
  3. auth service - logout() - route navigate path changed to login
  4. dashboard - handleLogOut() created to complete the log out and to display message
