Create Digital Twins on Portal

Needs to have:

  1. Ability to create clusters by selecting companies and adding them to a cluster set.
  2. Needs to be able to remove companies from a cluster on the fly
  3. Needs to gather all data for clusters, including: a. Carbon-based totals b. Energy use totals c. All recommendations d. All cluster opportunities e. Company waste (energy based) f. Company needs (energy based)
  4. List of scenarios to run
  5. Ability to add and remove scenarios
  6. Display of results based on adding and removing scenarios
