Gantry Theme doesn't load properly #39

Hi All,

I have installed gantry-framework rocket launcher version 4.0.5 on Wordpress. 
The installation went fine, but the theme doesn't load properly. When i change 
to other themes, it is ok. Attached it the frontpage of the site. You can also 
check the page from http://ucel.uitm.edu.my.

Is there any version requirement of PHP or webserver?
I am using PHP 5.4.14.
