Exchange Version: [2013 CU16]
Installed DKIM Exchange Version: [3.0.10]

Description

I keep testing my email settings on mailtest@unlocktheinbox.com. After a while I will get dkim header invalid. I restart transport and then it starts working again. Thoughts?

Please provide log output from the signer. Otherwise we cannot help you. Maybe other users can confirm the issue?
