Removing reference to Bifrost having stopped #73

Please take a look at all the changes done in this fork and consider merging them back to the main repository, I think some of them are quite valuable.

The ProCoSys team has maintained an internal NuGet repository with their new versions of Bifrost, it would be reasonable to coordinate the versioning with them before continuing.

I am no longer with the ProCoSys team, but I can assist in taking my changes from this fork up to dolittle/Bifrost if necessary.

Thanks. I'll definitely have a look - very good point. I've applied for membership to the .NET foundation for Bifrost. Want to get a Contributors License Agreement in place as well, a bit unsure how this will work with diverging forks and retrofitting a CLA in the origin. If you have any experience with it, I'd appreciate any input.
