Integrate Github+Travis and add David #18

We should allow users to create a list of images to inject into the page, and by default provide the travis and david urls.

I'm leaving this open because we really SHOULD support custom URLs or toggling more hard-coded ones.

David and gemnasium work in different ways. Gemnasium works with Node OR Ruby, but apparently you have to register the repo. David doesn't require registration, but only works for Node.
