404 Life Not Found Abort, Retry, Fail?

I personally think just "Bad Request" would be perfect.

The title is all about how you want it to be perceived. Bad Request has a negative tone to it, just as "404 Life not found" or "Abort, Retry, Fail?". Is this something that is wished for?

I mean, the show seems to have a negative tone to it, even if it's of the hilarious sort. IT Crowd was the same way, but happened to have a more neutral name.

Good point. I was trying to call upon error codes. I thought it would be interesting to find a coding term that would be a double entendre but it's definitely not that important.

So what are the criteria for suggestions?

Didn't really have any criteria really, just anything that sounded good. We sort of haven't spent a lot of time on this task.
