Make a list with URLs to exclude #12

When I visit Blockchain.info f.e., a lot of boxes appear. None of there should be there.

It would be great to be able to manually specify which website to skip, but even better if you would pre-configure most block explorer websites and the like.

This seems implemented for Blockchain.info as well as other sites. I've started another issue to expand on this list #22
