Language files for translation #8

I would like to translate ProTip to Portuguese, but couldn't find any language file.

Hi Rhcastilhos,

It is great you would like to translate ProTip into Portuguese. We would really like that. However I haven't implemented at language file.

I would like to add a language in future, because I would love more people to use ProTip.

I am currently looking for work and it is taking a lot of my time. In January I might be able to clean the code of ProTip and then implement a language file.

If you want to help with ProTip, please feel free. I don't have any tests working yet.

Have you been working with Bitcoin or the Blockchain long?
