Resolves #15

This is necessary for PPSTM to work correctly, at least temporarily.

The script is now also a bit simpler, but it does exactly what it used to

Sorry, completely missed this, you should have reminded me. Anyway, I would suggest to try with the newest version and rather tell us, what we should change in ppafm, rather than this temporary solution.

I'm closing this as a more permanent solution is under development.
