Load text base image prior to ability to load exported characters #2

_Needing to load a text base image prior to loading exported images. Adding extra steps before producing images.

I guess this issue has changed slightly. I'm going to close this to not confuse new enhancements with this ticket.

Now, a project folder is required to be loaded prior to any other steps in using the tool. This creates a new dynamic between the user and the tool itself. So this enhancement is not a thing to worry about anymore.
