FOUR-17336: Modeler: some times, after the mouse leaves the documentation icon, the number does not disappear

Issue & Reproduction Steps

Create a process with at least a task
Add documentation to the task
Go to the documentation.
Move the cursor over the task, and try to overlap the documentation card with the cursor pointer.
Move the cursor over the documentation card (it works better if the movement is fast)
Move the cursor to any other element.

Actual behavior: The number associated with the documentation is left visible

Expected behavior: Once the mouse cursor moves away of the element the number should not be visible in the little circle

Solution

Added code to hide the number when the cursor leaves the element
Refactor to improve code readability
