FOUR-8335 Added triple equal to check if variable matches type #393

Also, removed the new in the Boolean casting since it's not a class, just a type check

How to test

Create a Record List
Create another screen
In the newly created screen, add a multicolumn with a checkbox in it
Go to preview
Add a checkbox from the multicolumn, check the checkbox
Submit
Go back to the editor
Go back to Preview
Add a new checkbox
Check the checkbox
Check should stay checked
