Spell-check and grammar check should be for product only not for bugs and testcases.

there should not be harassment over the spell check and grammar of the testcase or bug. this should be understanding of the reporting person who is creating bugs and testcases. let them give their own freedom for righting their views in the form of bugs and testcases.
