This PR updates nano to its latest released version, 7.2. While updating it, I decided to also update all of the build dependencies that nano uses, which fully built (with only gettext getting a small change to fix packaging).
Tested on iOS 12 and macOS 12.6.1, building directly on macOS for darwin-arm64 and iphoneos-arm64.
