neofetch: Update to 7.3.8 #1344

The following changes are introduced in this pull request

Update neofetch, using files from a maintained fork, hyfetch, versioned 7.3.6.
Remove neofetch patches: hyfetch already includes these changes
When packaging, specify the package's architecture to all: neofetch is just a bash script...
