Add Area Scoreboards for Rec Sites #11

Municipal Data from HRM has usage for rec area information (ie, primary use: basketball, football, baseball). We should add functionality to keep score and possible keep top teams/players per sport/per area.

This would be major new functionality, possibly added down the road.

Thoughts @AshleyCB @kiefer999 ?

We could also add Team matching/challenging here. To allow a team to challenge the top team/player at a particular filed OR match them up by approx. skill level or games played etc.

We would need to add a messaging component to app for this.

                                                                                  Sorry I haven't been keeping up with this, yes, this would give people a reason to come back to the app to check out the popularity of what they voted on. Flickr and Instagram both have public data available I'm pretty sure. I'll probably end up using whichever is easier to implement
