Implement GO! button #33

Add a button that appears on location popup windows and destination list entries that when clicked, sets up a single item list and automatically provides directions. Direction type is based on distance to location, < 5km - walking, > 5km driving. Also this single list item should automatically provide a checkin button when the user is within the checkin bounds.

The destination list entry probably doesn't need a GO! button. However when directions are selected, it should hide the other items in the list and provide a checkin button.
