Repo stuff

1. I copied CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and CONTRIBUTING.md from /meta into /.github
2. Cleaned up the README, looks much nicer now
3. Also removed the unnecessary comment in FUNDING.yml
4. Added /.idea to .gitignore, because I use IDEA and the auto generated files are not needed.

Wills Cheat Menu

1. I started work on an UwU toggler, this seems like a better way to go than just removing OwO. If this isn't possible, please tell me and I'll remove it.
2. Added Get All Mythical Epics, with the exception of Aura, because I don't know Aura's ID
3. I actually bundled WCM and built PHEx, are y'all proud of me?
