Proposing to add the standard package for genealogy graph rendering.

Hi Pawel!

Thanks a lot for contributing to bazel-latex. Within Prodrive Technologies, we are not using any genealogy graphs. Therefore, this package is not included in bazel-latex.

Did you perhaps already tried to add this package locally instead? https://github.com/ProdriveTechnologies/bazel-latex#local-packages
