Test steps
After login to the page dashboard page is displaying, and click on the right side of the panel then displaying the module box, select the OPD respective page is displaying and select the registry, Registry Patient List page is displaying --> click on the patient summary, in patient summary page medication data is showing in patient summary but click on the medication plus icon(+) medication data is not showing in grid in functionality.
-->click on the plus icon (+) in patient summary but prescription sub tabs are showing in functionality. (this sub tabs are should not be show)
