OPD Patient-->Move to the patient Aki to transplant registry

• Open chrome browser -->enter URL: http://app.aprenalregistry.com --> login page should be displaying. Enter valid user name, and password click on the login button.

• Test steps

1. After login to the page dashboard page is displaying, and click on the right side of the panel then displaying the modules box, select the OPD, respective page is displaying, and then click on the registry in side menu, open the registry patient list page.--> Select the Aki registry and select the one patient, then move to the Aki to transplant registry. --> to go select the transplant registry tab respective page is displaying, in that page click on the patient summary icon for that patient under the Action heading. --> in patient summary page Investigation full data is not showing like "biochemistry, Hematology , Arterial Blood Gas, microbiology, specific test, imaging test" these are all data is not showing, and also"Chief Complaints, present illness, Physical Examination, ROS, Physical Examination , blood product, outcome" these full data is not showing in patient summary. for that same patient.

-->in patient summary page, doubles lines are showing under the social history and divided line is not showing.
