  1. CKD registry --> investigations --> grid border lines is properly not showing in grid all fields.. like ( biochemistry, hematology, serology ). same issue raised in vaccination schedule. and remove the scroll bar. https://www.screencast.com/t/Rt2OnFHj

  2. ckd registry --> treatment --> reports --> customization field format is not correct. compare to AKi registry. vitals should be show constant in field customization.

16 and 17 issues still not completed.
