CKD registry --> Allergy #1223

Test steps open the chrome browser enter the URL : http://qa.aprenalregistry.com --> Login page is displaying --> Enter the valid user name and password, click on the login button

  1. After login to the page dashboard page is displaying, then --> goto CKD registry --> click on Allergy icon --> popup window is displaying --> Allergy type text box data alignment is not correct. same issue raised in all registries.
