transplant registry --> histories --> surgical history #1250

Test steps open the chrome browser enter the URL : http://qa.aprenalregistry.com --> Login page is displaying --> Enter the valid user name and password, Click on the login button.

  1. transplant registry --> pre-transplant clinical info --> histories --> surgical history -->click on field customization icon --> then hide the Types Of Anesthesia and History of Hypotension During Surgery field is hidden but again show the same field but this field is not showing. same issue raised in all registrie.
