--> Login page is displaying --> Enter the valid user name and password,
Click on the login button.
Dialysis registry --> histories --> surgical history -->click on field customization icon --> then hide the Types Of Anesthesia and History of Hypotension During Surgery and Total Ischemic Time this field are hidden but again show the same fields but this field is not showing in form. same issue raised in all registry.
