• Open chrome browser -->enter URL: https://app.aprenalregistry.com --> login page should be displaying. Enter valid user name: naveenkumar.uiux@gmail.com & password: Productboat@123 click on the login button.
• Test steps:
  1. After login in to the page Dashboard page is displaying, in reports field select the patient (Revathi) in dashboard. after click on that patient clinical reports page is displaying --> in that page duplicate "any other procedure" reports is showing. but --> select treatment in CKD registry -->procedure--> any other procedure --> showing only one "report file" in grid.
