• Open chrome browser -->enter URL: http://qa.aprenalregistry.com --> login page should be displaying. Enter valid user name: naveenkumar.s@productboat.io & password: Productboat@123 click on the sign in button.
• Test steps
  1. After login to the page dashboard page is displaying, after click on the registry in side menu in dashboard page --> select the AKI registry displaying the respective page and then select the patient (Malathi M). in that patient click on the patient registry icon under the action heading then displaying the respective page, in that page click on the treatment tab in side menu after select the prescription tab in treatment field. --> click on the investigation and then respective page is displaying and click on the field customization icon (setting icon) of right side of the page "Bio Chemical field Customization" page is displaying in that page hide the "investigations , procedures, and prescription" in functionality main tabs are gone but sub tabs are not gone.
  2. treatment --> click the investigation and when change the investigation sub tabs that time "field customization" icon is change the different locations.

3. treatment -->Reports-->investigations-->arterial blood gas --> "glocose" field spelling is not correct, (glucose is correct). https://www.screencast.com/t/cEkduGnj0y --> specific test --> in specific test field "Complement Tot." this spelling is not correct. (complement total) is correct.
